1.Definition:
It is a kind of light-weight refractory product which contains the alumina content ranging from 30% to 46%.

2.Raw Material:
Chamotte and plastic clay

3.Production Process:
Mix ingredients and water together to make slurry, and then mould by casting, dry, and firing in the 1250-1350℃.

4.Highlight:
It is faintly acid refractory material and has fine hot shock stability.

5.Application:
It is mainly used as the thermal insulating layer in the construction of various industry furnaces.
The working temperature is 1200-1400°C
